Quick Introduction About Me

My professional journey in the UK began in 2015, when I first arrived in London. Since then, I have continuously developed my career, progressing from a shopfitting joiner and team leader into construction site and project management.

During the early stages of my career, I built and successfully managed my own business specialising in renovations, installations, fit-outs and refurbishments across both commercial and private properties. Alongside running the business and delivering projects, I continued investing in my education, professional qualifications and technical knowledge.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience within the commercial construction sector and established myself as a confident leader, manager and problem-solver. For more than eight years, I have managed projects of different sizes and complexity, often overseeing several projects simultaneously while coordinating teams, subcontractors, programmes, health & safety, quality and day-to-day site operations.

One of the major milestones in my career was being involved in the management and delivery of a £4m+ project at Heathrow Airport, London. Working within such a demanding and highly regulated environment further strengthened my experience in project delivery, site management, coordination and leadership.

My approach has always been driven by a desire to learn, improve and take on greater responsibility. I believe that continuous professional development, combined with practical site experience, strong leadership and the ability to think ahead, has been fundamental to my progression within the construction industry.

Today, I bring together hands-on construction knowledge, technical understanding, commercial awareness and management experience, allowing me to understand projects from both the operational and managerial perspectives.
